A question for the ladies?

I just had my baby about a year ago. Before that i was on deop and got pregnanet. Well besides getting pregnanet i had a lot of mood swings. Well then affter i had him i went back on it again.Then i stared to notice that my hair was falling out. I dont know should i go back on the depo shot or should i try the pill. Have any of you had a problem with mood swings or your hair falling out or anything. I need some anwers please and only seriouse ones please,

I am 23yrs old as of today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! But I was on the shot back in 2003, I got a total of 2 shots and on the second month of the second shot, my hair started falling out. I mean it came out so bad that I had to cut my hair and I have always had medium length hair all of my life. And when I say cut it I mean like just a little longer than Hallie Berry's old hair cut. But my mom told me to get off of it, so when I did and cut my hair it took a while for my hair to grow back healthy. It was the hormones in the shot though, after that I got on the patch and that didn't work for me, but now I am on the pill YAZ and have no problems with it. And I did have mood swings like real bad so I had to get off of Depo. I would suggest you try something other than the shot because everyone's body does not agree with the particular hormones in the injection. Maybe you should check out YAZ, anyway talk to your doctor about it and then make your decision.

sounds like quite a hormone imbalance when you take the depo shot.... ask your Dr. if there's an alternative for you
