After anal sex...?

Question: I had anal sex for the first time yesterday afternoon. It only lasted not even a minute b/c it hurt so bad for me. Last night and most of today I had no pain, but a few hours ago I went to the bathroom and pooped and had a small amount of blood on the toilet paper and now have feel some light pain as if I am constipated...Does anyone have an idea what this might be? Thanks so much...

look sweetie, its totally normal to feel pain and spot after having anal sex...especially if it was your first time... look my advice to you is if you're going to do it again just make sure you use lubricant (water based are the best)...its the best thing to use so it goes in easier with little or no pain so you can actually enjoy the expirience not cry over it.... best wishes....
