Question:
Every month I get mixed emotions.
One minute I'm happy then the next I'm either mad or sad.
I just need to know if there is a way to treat it?
Please Help...

PMS is real, but its a little difficult to treat. Getting lots of sleep and drinking lots of water helps. Regular exercise can be beneficial. Also, stay away from alcohol, sugar, and caffeine. You can take over-the-counter drugs such as midol up to several days before your period actually starts, which will help with some of the physical symptoms. But mood swings are best treated with rest, exercise, and a positive outlook. Good luck!
