i always have a foul fishy smelling vaginal odor after my period! i'm very hygienic and do wash down there, but still that doesn't help! how can i stop this embarassing problem and what causes it?

First check with your gyne to make sure that nothing medical is going on, and if all checks out, try using FDS and a pantyliner, I have the same problem. I swear by FDS x-tra strength and I use a pantyliner daily to help absorb wetness and odor. Pantyliners also keep you panties looking new in places where it counts. Good luck girl!
