After having sex for the first time, is it normal to bleed really lightly for a couple days after?

Question:
And I've played sports and used tampons before so I don't think it is the hymen breaking.

Answers:
Your hymen may have still been in tact or simply have been partially broken or stretched from tampon use and sports.

There should be sex prior to penetration, ideally to orgasm, to make sure the vagina is lengthened and lubricated enough for penetration, if that was not the case it may have been that your body was not ready for penetration so vaginal splitting could have occurred from lack of lubrication or lack of give in the vagina.

I wouldn't say 'normal' however it is very common as many people believe in the myth that sex the first time should be painful so don't question that or fully educate themselves. As long as there is no risk of STD's and it stops soon there is not too much need to worry, just make sure you are well educated about your body and fully prepared for penetration.
yes it is. spotting mainly. If it is flowing like a period, see a doc.
