4 month after delivery, my wife is seing eggwhite 3 times in a month, is this irregular ovulation ?

Well, it is always better to play it safe than sorry, but there are other signs of fertility:
1. Does her basal body temperature rise after the times that she has seen eggwhite? (the change in temperature would indicate that she had, in fact, ovulated and could have concieved).
2. Is her cervix higher or lower? Is it open? (High and open is a sign of fertility)
Don't forget the 4-day rule. Wait until the night of the 4th day without symptoms before enjoying sex if you want to avoid conceiving!

Women are more fertile for 6 months or so after delivery , so be careful if you don't want another baby. Buy ovulation test strips , the whole basal body temp is a pain. And yes , any ovulation is a chance at pregnancy.
