Answers:
Here's the deal, caffeine really is a drug, it is just a legal one. That means it does affect your body and you can actually become addicted to caffeine.
While I do not think it is okay to have caffeine while you are pregnant if you can possibly avoid it, the fact that you were having caffeine before hand and possibly actually NEED it as an addiction means you shouldn't drop it suddenly and completely.

Try to wean yourself off of it as soon as possible for the sake of the growing baby inside you but at the same time make sure you are getting enough for you to not be exhausted all the time. You have to take care of yourself before you can take care of others and going into caffeine withdraw bites big time.

So wean yourself slowly, but do it for the baby. Good luck.

What happens if you get pregnant and took the whole pack of Yasmin 28?

Im wondering about BMI. Im bigger boned and have muscle and it said that im overweight that cant be right.?

you should drink only a little because it could affect the activness of the baby

Stop drinking coke while pregnant. Limit your intake of coffee to no more than two medium cups a day, hot or cold. And avoid tea also.

For women only.?

what can you do? id suggest prenatal pills if you're not already on them. they provide the correct dosage of vitamins to keep both you and baby heathy. i dont imagine one or two caffinated drinks a day wouldnt be horrible, but as long as you arent drinking alcoholic beverages you should be fine. personally unless you have allergies, i would reccomend you eat more complex carbs, these generally give you the same energy as sugary or caffineinated foods, but longer lasting and less of a crash. examples of complex carbs are Rice, Pasta, etc.

That means you were relying on caffeine and sugar for energy. I'm no expert, but I don't think you're supposed to have much (if any) caffeine while pregnant. You'll want to talk to your doctor or a nutritionist about how to adjust your diet for the baby, and eating healthier will increase energy and stamina. Maybe yoga for moms too.

What does this mean?

From my experience, everything should be in moderation. However, we are not doctors here so please ask your doc.
