Other Answers:
well..... ive heard it cleans out your system. If that helps.
It certainly "cleans" you out. :) And you know what they say:

No pain, no gain.
id say your butt wouldnt say so.
lol i cant wait to hear u scream when u go to the bathroom...
Not at all. Every so often is alright. However, eating a lot everyday can cause acid reflux and various other problems that aren't pleasant.
i don't think that eating a lot of anything is really good. maybe you should just cut down on it but i heard that eating something spicy once a day is suppose to be good.
My ex-mother-in-law ate hot peppers every day. She swore they fought off infections. It must work, in the 13 1/2 years I was married to her son, I never saw her with so much as the sniffles.
no, eating chillis eventually is good for the health and the hearth. However, eating alot of chillis everyday can cause you severe stomach problems.
no BUT ITS MAKING THE TOILET PAPER PEOPLE RICH
hell yeah.... they are so good... i want some right now...
It isn't healthy, nor unhealthy. It's just a myth without any substantiation. You may however get a severe gastritis, so I would discourage it.

The idea of foods or fluids that "clean" your body is just a myth as well. The body isn't "dirty" and all the toxic substances that your body produces or absorbs are cleared by the liver and the kidneys and to a lesser portion by the lungs.

Hope it helps
It raises your metabolism, helping you lose weight, is a proven diuretic (laxative) and makes you more resistant to hot temperatures by pushing the capillary veins under your skin closer to the surface. I'd suggest it in this temperature!
Aren't they delicious? Oh, yeah! And there's more vitamin C in a chili than in an orange!
not too much....
makes your stomach lining stronger
