What's the best way to motivate yourself to exercise?

I really want to lose some weight, it's just hard for me to get motivated. I feel if I did something productive I would feel much better. Any suggestions?

Answers:
The best way is to find a friend who wants to excercise too. It is alot easier to workout with someone. You'll motivate each other. Also when you make a plan with someone to workout, you are less likely to cancel out on someone then if you just planned to do it yourself. Also start small. A short walk a day helps get you motivated and also increases your energy level.

Look at pictures of bodies that you want to look like. post them up in your home. Male or female bodies and if there is a problem with anyone that lives with you then tell them that it is to motivate and encourage you to eat right and exercise. If you have a man around he'll probably enjoy pictures of hot woman anyhow. Good luck.
join a fitness club or yoga n dancing centre,once you pay money so you will always go there
