Hi just recently i have started to feel like this rumbling feeling in the top of my leg and in places on my arms, and stomach. It feels like when you have a mobile phone in your pocket on silent and you have a call it vibrates, this is what it feels like but with no phone in my pocket. Its werid ive never had it before any ideas what it could be. ? Thanks
