Midol, all the way, man!

Midol or Pamprin There's one spot on your sides that if you apply pressure if relaxes your girly parts. It's above your hip and below your rib cage. Hope you find it. Also Tylenol and mydol(spelling?) help as well.

drink lots of water, and exercise. these two things help me when i'm in a lot of pain.

do not drink pop
..rest
. and make sure you take the cramp pill
. oh and get a heat pad to put on your stomach so that the blood wont come out as chunks (ew sounds nasty LOL)
but yeh try these things

IF YOU TAKE A PAIN RELIEVER TAKE IT WITH WARM WATER Walking and light exercise helps. Also a hot water bottle on the pelvic area is nice when you can do it. I am a baby when it comes to period pain so I always refer to my bottle of Advil which works wonders for me. I would check with your MD before taking though. One thing to note.as this "bad" cramping is new for you it wouldn't be a bad idea to check with your doctor anyway.just to make sure there isn't anything else happening.

You can use midol or pamprin, I have found that basic asprin work pretty good.

midol or pamprin, drink some water, on;t water, and go lay down. hope you feel better. take care.
