Nerves or Flu?

Question:
Yesterday I really didnt have too much to eat *easy mac, a lil ice cream and a small small sub from wawa* I went to bed at midnight because I couldnt fall asleep. I woke up at 3:30 in the morning to take my boyfriend to the Airport. He has been going like 4 hours now and I already miss him like crazy.

I woke up this morning and felt like my stomach was in a knot. When we got to the airport I felt like I had to go number 2 but it wasnt going to be solid. I was able to hold it until I got home.

I dont have a fever an I have had a little bit of water and a pop tart this morning. It has stayed down.

Could this just be because my nerves are blah from missing my boyfriend and not eating anything the pat 24 hours? *i am kinda hungry* or is it something else?

Answers:
It's probably nerves combined with lack of sleep and poor eating. Eat something mild like chicken soup and take a nap, if you can.

nerves hunny and try to eat more healthily please burgers are sh*ite xxx
Its Just Nerves.
In my psychology class they say that stress can leave your immune system open to little viruses and things of the sort, so maybe that combined with not eating made you sick?.I hope this helps.
Could be nerves, and it could be the sub from wawa wasn't so good anymore?
PLEASE eat healthier - it made me nauseous reading what you DID eat ! You'll feel so much better too! But when my partner had to leave I felt slightly sick, too, from missing him, so perhaps that is what's going on! Good Luck!
