It's not a pretty sight, not only to you, but people around you. It probably doesn't hurt you but it kills the "could be baby". If I were you I wouldn't do it if I had the opportunity, but that's just me. If your going to do something like that, be careful, and consider everything before making that life changing decision.

ive never had one, but i heard there is some cramping....if any religious ppl answer this question and tell you youre going to hell, please ignore thema dn do not let them hinder your desicion or what you believe is right (thats if youre having an abortion if not well ignore it lol)

from what I know, you're put under general anesthetic or at least some sort of sedative.
