Is it possible for a woman with PCOS to also have fibroid?

Question:
i have pcos and i just have this fear that since i don't mentruate regularly i might have fibroid, although in time past i've gone for scan and my gynea has told me i don't have it.

Answers:
It is possible to have both but one of the major signs of fibroids is heavy bleeding and a sign of PCOS is scanty bleeding.
Your doctor would be able to tell if you have fibroids so even though they come and go or get bigger and smaller throughout a normal menstrual cycle rit doesn't seem like you have to worry since the doctor says you don't have it.
By the way 80 % of women have fibroids but they usually they are no big deal.

Other Answers:
Just keep up with your GYN. If you have concerns talk to them. However if they said no then I am sure they did not lie to you.
