What should I do?

Ok.I live in California.Everyone know about the gangs in Cali.I live in these apartments with of course gang members, Last night there was a group of gang bangers outside this vacant apartment.I didn't think anything of it at first until three guy walked out of the apartment and a girl ran the other way. Afterward I could hear them talking about what they did to her.It made me sick that I live in a area that people do that.My husband was going to say something but there was like 20 of them and he doesn't want to start anything that would later put me in danger. The question is what should I do?Call the cops, the manager, should I get involved at all? The thing that got me was later on the girl was hanging out with them.What should I do??

tell the manager,and tell the manager to call the cops because it is his duty to keep everything in order there.if u saw the girl hanging out with them then obviously the cops aren't going to help her if she voluntarily puts herself in that position so dont worry about her.just tell the manager that theres always a big group of guys outside ur apartment making noise,doing drugs,having sex,you have to exaggerate if u dont the manager wont do much.i work in an apartment complex as a leasing agent and thats how it is, if residents dont make a big commotion about something then we unfortunately pay no mind to them.Cali does have alot of gangs but u shouldn't have any of them near u for ur own safety

The best for you to do is anonymously contact the apartment manager and the police. dont get involved.and people moan about Milton Keynes

It sounds as if she was a willing participant. I'd stay out of it. Just because she was hanging out with them afterward, it doesn't mean that she wasn't violated. She might be scared. I think you should place an anonymous call to the local police and let them handle it.

My advise is to call the cops next time you see anything suspicious. Just because the girl came back, doesn't mean that they didn't do anything to her. I would also leave a note anonymously to the manager informing him/her about all the trouble or potential danger there is.
And if nothing else, move elsewhere..

HONESTLY IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE WHEN YOU ARE AT HOME I WOULD LEAVE IT ALONE. ESPECIALLY IF SHE IS GOING TO PUT HER SLEF IN THAT POSITION AGAIN.
