Hi All Can you answer me that what days are said to the safe periods of woman, in which she cann't be pregnant

Hello budies i post this question as i really had confusion in this regard. i discuss on this so many times with my wife also but still we both are confused. i want to know this for being precautionative while having relation with my wife so as to avoid unwanted pregnancy. Actuially right now i make use of condom but still i want to know the answer of my question. So is there anyone who can help me?????
