I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. Ok,firstly it could be a grumbling appendix, you can have this for years before any doctor will remove it. Secondly, it could be ovulation, at what stage are you at now and when was your last period. You count from the start of the first day of your last period. If it was about 12 to 14 days ago then it's possible it's ovulation. If not then you may have a pulled muscle. If you start vomiting then it's appendicitis. If you need any more advice e mail me but give me your full e mail for a reply

All of what you are listing is possible. But appendicitis can hurt very badly but you still may be able to walk-if its in the early stages. So don't exclude it. Go to your doctor right away-or if it really hurts-emergency room.
Hernia maybe? If you are having pain in the lower abdominal area then you need to go to the doctor and have it checked out. Some women have pain during ovulation. Sometimes women develop cysts on their ovaries that can cause pain. Sometimes these cysts dissolve on their own.other times they have to be treated. Please do not ever ignore pain of any kind. Pain is a signal to us that something isn't right.
