i dont have many cramps but i bleed alot does anyone have any idea please HELP?

ya i am one of those somewhat lucky girls that bleeds alot but has no cramps. its nothing to worry about. you are just lucky too

some(lucky) girls don't recieve cramps when they get their periods. I read it on www.always.com and www.kotex.com

Go on Birth control it makes them lighter.

Not a lot of cramping is because you blood is healthy and not thick. As for the bleeding, it's normal as long as your not changing your pad or tampon every half hour do to extreme blood soaking. You should still see a doctor to make sure there is no true problem.

Just make sure you take care of yourself by eating healthy.sometimes when girls are anemic (not enough iron in the blood) you might bleed more than you normally would.If you feel it's a problem, do you have a doctor that can help you?

Well, I think the best solution is to consult your doctor. Cos it's normal for girls to have cramp during period.
