Was it something they just said, or things said over a course of time? Have you been depressed for a long period of time (over two weeks) or just a few days? How severe is the depression, are you able to still function in your everyday activities?
If this is just something they said and you've been down for a few days but are still functioning normally, then you are not "technically" depressed, but are just upset, as I'm sure you should be based on how hurt you were about what they said. I would take time to cool down, and remember in the process that sometimes people say things they don't mean, or without thinking. Even adults do this. Then, once you're feeling more stable, sit down with one or both of them and tell them how you feel and why you're hurt about what they said.
However, if this is something that has been going on for a long time (both the comments and the feeling down) I would say go talk to a school counslor. They're really great to talk to, and very non-judgemental. They might be able to help you figure out why this pattern of negativity coming from your mom and grandmother is happening. They'll figure out a way to help you confront them about the things they are saying. Also, if you are truly suffering from depression, they will help you recognize this, and probably send you to an appropriate person to be treated.
Good luck sweetie, it'll be ok.
