It depends. Some girls get it as early as 9 and as late as 17. Trust me, you don't want to rush it!

I heard that it is when your body has a certain amount of fat on it. Heavier girls get it sooner, skinnier girls get it later. I was a heavy child and got it at 11 1/2. my skinny frien didn't get till she was nearly 14.
