Ladies only!!?

Question:
If you're 16 and wear a 36DD bra, is that considered big? How old is a good age to get a breast reduction and how healthy/safe is it??

Answers:
I've been where you are. Yes, 36DD at any age is considered big. I didn't have my breast reduction done until I was 30. I first wanted one when I was 14. Over those years, I developed health issues that made my reduction medically necessary and it was covered by my health insurance. I would say that you should wait until at least 25 though because your body is still changing. There are a lot of things to consider when you are having the surgery (breast feeding, loss of sensation in your breast, scarring) that your outlook will be different on when you're older than when you are a teen.

Other Answers:
It is bigger than most, but that's not neccessarily a bad thing. Depending on your body type, you may not even need a reduction.

It is considered big, and if you want a breast reduction wait till your 19, because according to what my parents tell me, at 18 is when women stop growing. That depends on other things in you body. Talk to your parents first, then your doctor. If it is a health risk, some insurances may even cover part of the costs. Also look on-line at pictures of reductions, to see if it is something you really want to go through. On a side note, Love every bit of what God has given to you.

Its a lot bigger then most but you should not do anything until you finish completely to develop, usually around 18-19 years of age.

mid 20 is a good time to reductions, if you want too. if you like them keep them give it some time.

that is too heavy..because you most likely to grow more..it might be too much for your back in the long run. Breast reduction is a great idea. I think you should have it done around your early 20's.when your growth is steady and your mental health is ready. not really 16 -- but that's a little too big. i have the same size and it hurts my back all the time -- and my posture is poor because of it. i think you can get reduction, with the permission and supervision or your parents -- im not sure with age though, if 16 is ok. but i know 18 can have surgery -- with parents' consent.

also, at 16 years -- especially in school -- boys are crazy and hormonal, they are very immature -- they might make fun of you for this. another alternative besides surgery (in the mean time) is wearing a "minimizer" bra -- it decreases the size by about 2 sizes. but look for the right size.

DUDE, im 16 and im a 36 E dont get a breast reduction then your **** wont be in proportion to your body
