periods come every month, its actually a cycle called the menstrual cycle and what it does is when you hit puberty, an egg comes from your ovaries every month, now depending if you have sexx, it will turn into a baby and u will become pregnet, but if you dont have sexx, it has to go somewhere so it emptys out through the vaginaa and blood from ur utureas comes with it and thats your period for you!!!!! sorry for the spelling!!!
