Reduce or eliminate caffeine intake and eat low salt foods. Drink a lot of water and eat fruits and veggies. Junk food is out. A little every once in a while is ok. You can also find "water pills" at Wal-Mart or somewhere like that.

You can get rid of the bloating by drinking some ginger tea. Just take about an inch or so of fresh ginger, peel it, slice it and decoct it in about 3 cups of water for about 30 - 45 minutes. Strain it and drink about 1/2 cup a couple times of day until the condition resolves.
