Is it bad to have sex if it hurts?

Question:
Me and my bf have sex all the time. like some times 3 times a day.. and like after that im REALLY sore. and like a few days later if we do it again.. and its sore while we are haveing sex. should we stop??

Answers:
Pain is the body's response to a physical condition, and your body is telling you that you need to slow down on it. Tell you bf that your feeling pain, and, if he really loves you, he will understand, and be willing to do it with more moderation.

I would also recommend you see a gynecologist, to make sure there has not been any severe damage to your vaginal area.

Other Answers:
Duh if it hurts don't do it

Three times/day is a lot and you probably are chafed (friction). If your vagina is not dry, sounds like your partner might just be too rough. Tell him to go slow and easy. It may be Too hard, or Too often.

What kind of sore? I have the same problem.I also think I have a problem with the pH level in my vagina, and since I've started using rePhresh.I think that's how it's spelled, it has helped a lot with the pain.

As long as no scars or shown disease is around the genitial area, then it may just be normal. You may want to go to a doctor. What a good thing to do is to watch Talk Sex on Oxygen usually on sunday nights. You can call in and ask her questions and she is an expert in this area.

what the hell, no pain no gain.get 'er on..j/k . are you crazy? it is suppose to be very enjoyable. Do you enjoy hurting like hell? go to the doctor

Yes, stop. Go to see your gynecologist and discuss it with him/her. This problem can have many causes and it isn't for any of us to diagnose you. Be honest with the doctor because if you don't they might miss the real cause of the pain and you won't get better. Good luck.

uhh..yeah stop if it hurts, you can seriously harm yourself doing that.you may be having too much each day. Might not be that.but if it hurts apparently theres some sort of trauma in you somewhere. Be careful and try calling your doctor on this one. or go to a gyno about this one.
