I have been diagnosed with tumuchfuk (tum-uk-fuk) syndrome, help?

Question: i went to the doctor the other day and he said i have tumuchfuk syndrome, the weird thing is he said this is the first time he has seen this syndrome in a man, i have a penis, any women out there who have this syndrome, because he said the only way to cure it is to take a certain drug and get surgery, is it painful
