I have been finding bleach-like marks on my dark panties and I think its from vaginal discharge. Is this bad?

I've never have sexual intercourse and my period has always been regular, I generally drink water regularily and eat fairly healthy. I haven't been to a doctor yet because I'm not sure if it's normal or not
