from my mum's advice you stop getting your period after the age of 45 ish and then you develop hot flushes night sweets and also mood swings and sore breasts but if you think you have reached the menopause cheack with your doctor or practice nurse for advice to reasure yourself

go to the doctor for it *i say that but i get healthcare provided by the millitary* some things are like are your periods getting shorter or not coming at all are they getting irregular?? hot flashes cold flashes? all this i got from expiriences of watching the tv
