Answers:
I had the same problem many years ago, when I was a teenager. I bled for 90 days non-stop until the doc gave me a D & C. It was supposed to make it stop but it didn't. They said it was a hormonal imbalance, so they put me on birth control pills. It did not stop. They finally gave me a depoprovera shot. It was the only thing that made the bleeding stop. While I was going throug all this, a PAP smear indicated I had precancerous cells in my cervix. It was early so treament was virtually painless and probably saved my life. So, get your mother to a clinic. They have income sensitive pay scales, and payment plans. Also, she may qualify for medicaid. If you lose your health, you lose everything including your life. So, would it make more sense to do away with internet service, cable, cel phone, no movies or eating out, etc... for a year, if necessary, but to have peace of mind and maybe a longer life for having gone to the clinic? Present it this way to her, you might be able to convince her. And if you cant convince her, then do family intervention. And if that doesnt work, get someone from your church or a trusted family friend or neighbor to talk to her. Just dont give up trying.
She needs to get to a Doctor. Tell her that you are scared, and that if she doesnt want to go to the doctor for herself do it for you.
