what are your rights when you have been assaulted during and operation i.e.organs taken out without consent?
Question:
Answers:
First of all I am very sorry this happened to you! I am an operating room nurse and in Australia we are very careful about this and if it happened you could definitely seek compensation. What it depends on is what was written on your operation consent form (you really do have to read the fine print!) that you signed. Most surgeons will say what operation they are going to perform on you then also list what else they may have to do if there are complications (for example if you are having gynaecology surgery and the cant stop the bleeding they may have to remove your uterus). Anyway I hope this helps and that you get better soon!

did it need to come out - if it did quit complaining, if not contact a lawyer
go to police, damn it. dont delay.
also get in touch with human rights groups.
do it pronto!
Get a lawyer, thats awful! Im sorry that I dont know.
It's illegal to remove organ parts during an operation not consented too. You need to call the Bar Association of lawyers, who can help you find someone with this kind of experience.
