How do you stop a everyday headache?

I mean a headache that you get everyday.

write down all your syptoms, where it hurts, the kind of pain, and every time you get a headache. then talk to your doctor. I had the same thing a few months ago, after tons of different tests and lots of bloodwork nothing was found, but they did eventually go away. I was under a lot of stress at that time though after moving to a different country and some family problems.I dont want to scare you by any means but this could be a serious problem, talk to your doctor if it doesnt stop. If your doc doesnt want to believe you and possibly do some testing I would suggest you get a second opinion.

Actually, piggy is right. You need to see your doctor. It kind of depends on what kind of headache you have. I have had tension headaches for 7 years. The only thing that helps me is a chiropractor.

Headaches can derive from many different things. Depending on where the pain is located, your diet, and lifestyle - are all things that can cause a headache. Stress can cause a tension headache (usually in the upper forehead and sometimes near the base of your head by your neck) If you regularly consume caffiene and suddenly stop - this can also cause a headache.

It's always a great idea to see a general doctor. because sometimes reocurring headaches could be more serious than what you thought. (could lead to a clot/anerism)

Before you see a doctor, keep a journal of your headaches - what time of day they occured, for how long, location of the headache.and other things like the foods you recently ate/exercise change. This will help your doctor prescribe you you need a cat scan hun, get another Dr.
