What is the best way to loose weight??

I want to loose some weight but mostly around my stomach i like my thighs and calfs the way they are but want to loose some even around my arms. any suggestions??

The only true way to successfully lose weight and keep it off is through diet and exercise. PERIOD.

Dependent upon your height and weight you need to calculate what your basal metabolic rate is (BMR). This is the rate at which (on average) your body burns calories ... or how many calories you burn in a day doing aboslutely nothing. Take that number and then simply eat less calories then what you burn. Simple. You'll lose weight. If you factor exercise into the equation you can subtract the amount of calories you burn doing your chosen activities from the number of calories you've ingested during the day - so you can still stay on target if you've gone over your daily calorie allotment.

Keep a food diary and write down what you're eating and how much of it. But be precise. Don't just say Chicken x 1 piece. How large was that piece? Did you weigh it? Or Salad Dressing ... was it 1 serving of salad dressing or 5? The caloric value will be different every time.

Eat small meals throughout the day instead of 3 huge meals. Don't save all your calories for dinner or lunch, etc. Spread them out evenly throughout the day and make sure you're balancing your protein, carbs, fat, sugar, and sodium (a hidden danger).

It requires A LOT of commitment. Maintaining a lifestyle of healthy diet and exercise is just that -- a lifestyle. Read your labels, put away the foods that have zero nutritional value (ice cream, candy, soda, chips, fried foods) get to the gym, and don't be afraid to sweat.

The end results are worth it and you will be on the right path to making your metabolism work for you. Before you know it, you can eat that brownie every once in awhile and it won't matter.

The most effective program is diet and do a lot of excercises. Do sit ups and push ups to help your stomach built. Dont over do it if you dont wanna let yourself is seen muscular. Also dont do over diet cos it is not good for your health. Do cardio -cycling, tread mill, marathon, etc will make your thighs and calfs look better. Good luck!
Well what I would do and this always works for me, drink a lot of water, i mean no soda just water. Try to walk at least 1 hour a day, if its not too hot walk even longer.
