Just tell her the doctor is the BEST thing for her. There are some good suggestions here. If her hemorrhoid is so big, it will blow me away, then going to the doctor is needed! Believe me, they've seen it so many times before. She should be taking hot baths with epsom salts, several times a day, and the doctor will prescribe steroidal suppositories, which really help. But, if they are as big as I think they are, she should have surgery. Once it's done, she'll never have them again.

You must impress on her how serious this is, that she could literally die from it. If she is that embarassed about baring her *** to a doctor, tell her that you will make the effort with her to find her a female practitioner.
If she doesn't get to a doctor quickly it will get bigger and bigger. She will look like she's wearing diapers with jeans on.One day it will be so big she will not be able to pass a stool. She will then need to have it blown up. Poof!
Well i have a daughter so i know all about that, they can be very painful when they are out i suggest going to a store & getting cream or these wipes that will sooth them if that doesnt work & they are still hurting her bad then have her go see a dr, i'm pretty sure she isn't going to die but they can make you feel like your going to!
