I keep throwing up when i make love to my woman why?

Question:

I don't know why but right when we really get into it suddly i throw up all over her back, and all in her hair. She doesn't get really angry about it (she tells me i am the most considerate, generous lover she has ever had.) but I kind of feel icky after i do it. why does this happen?
is their something wrong with my girlfriend?
on a side note while i vomit, i get off and almost choke in the process? this ever happen to anyone?
