when and how does your body stop going through menopause, if you no longer produce estrogen anymore?

Question:
another words, when can you stop taking replacement estrogen, without going through menopause symptoms

Answers:
On the first link, the Doctor says if you take the hormone replacement for 1 month, you won't have negative symptoms at all (if I am reading it right)...

It's also mentioned that implants are possible (not necessarily safe, though, in my opinion)

on link 2, they mention that once one yr has passed since your very last period, those yrs following that first 12 month absence of period, you are in postmenopause.

From experience, from what I've learned online, you will want to ensure proper checkups with doctors (breast exams, physical exams, bone density, etc)...many things can play a vital role in your overall health, right now, in menopause, or even in your past or before menopause.

When you stop taking estrogen replacement, your body will be at a very increased risk for osteoporosis, as well as heart disease, and breast cancer, among other things.

For the best assistance, you will want to discuss these questions with your healthcare provider, as they know your situation better than anyone else (other than yourself).

Good luck!!!
