She probably has vaginal dryness which could be caused by a variety of things. At various times during the month the amount of normal discharge a woman produces varies. SOme women produce virtually none. This discharge is what keeps the vagina clean as it flushes out any germs or foreign objects like fluff from the underwear. Without this protection the vagina can become sore so vaseline is applied to help.

Also women approaching or going through the menpause, or women on various drugs, particualrly hormonal ones to treat deseases such as breast cancer, endometriosis or IVF drugs, can have vagoinal dryness.

shes dry & aint got K-Y. Just remember that vaseline aint safe to use with condoms, it rots the rubber and puts you at risk of infection/pregnancy.
