Answers:
You know having a child and raising that child is something that takes a lot out of you so the fact that you feel depressed is compltely normal. You need to try to get some time to take care of just your self so you can get better for you child. There are medications out there that do help but I have actually found that going to the gym 3 times a week and working out for like an hour helps a lot. I used to have major depression but never liked the idea of going on meds started going to the gym with a friend and man did that make a difference I am not so depressed anymore and can actually be the mother to my kids that they need.
Just go out, get some excercise, and be happy.
