can i keep taking EQUAL,in my coffee, during pregnancy,i am diabetic.?
Question:
Answers:
I wouldn't. Switch to Splenda. (and only DECAF coffee)
EQUAL is aspartame and is really bad for you anyway. You would never directly feed it to a baby so I would certainly not drink it. Splenda is made from sugar and as long as you use a small amount of it, you should be fine.
FYI - aspartame can cause really bad migraines and a lot of women get headaches anyway when pregnant so don't risk it.

Are you worried about the chemicals? I would think as long as you limit your equal like you should be limiting your coffe intake then you should be ok, if you have any questions like that you should talk to your doctors.
