The feelings that we have, whether they are pain, nausia, or discomfort, all serve a biological purpose. They are our body's way of changing our behavior. For example, if you touch something hot, you instinctively pull away - you're body is causing pain so you don't get burned.
Clearly, you are living a heavy-duty lifestyle. Between an overwhelming work load, and lack of sleep, your body isn't finding time to rest and recuperate. Your body is creating Nausia for a purpose - to modify your behavior.
Nausia makes it harder to be active, which is your body's way of trying to force you to rest. Your body is realizing that sleepiness and fatigue haven't been enough to convince you to give your body the rest it requires. The nausia is basically your body sending your brain and nervous system a signal - REST!
My advice is talk to your manager or supervisor and tell them you haven't been feeling well. Nothing is more important than your health, and if you keep ignoring the messages your body is sending you, it will be difficult to feel better.
Your body can adapt to the stress of your lifestyle, but there are limits.

Yes, or exhaustion, anemia, could be a number of things. Go see a doctor and eat and sleep more! pregnant?
Your body has placed itself on slow consume of energy/carbohydrates because you are not taking in enough for the body to continue at the pace you are asking. You may be hypoglycemic, have low blood sugar, because of your activities versus your dietary intake. Try eating a little more.
Yeah i think it is a malnutrition prob..im no health specialist but i know if u dont have enough sleep and dont eat much ur not giving ur body what it needs.making ur self naucious
uh yes.slow down remember your body has to have rest and food to keep you alive if you don't take care of your body it wont take care of you..see a doctor I too get totally nauseous when I don't sleep enough. You need to have a work/life balance before you kill yourself
you need to rest more. if you really need both jobs then give up other things for your health.
And remember that money without proper health is worth nothing.
yes you are having a malnutrition problem and sleep problem. You need to slow down a bit before you hurt yourself. You need to eat, because you need to get glucose in your system.Your brain runs on glucose, if you dont get it, then the first thing that happens is nausia as you are already experiencing, next is fainting, third is something that you never want to happen, Stroke. So you need to eat something before you really damage your brain. Also you need to sleep, because you will age faster if you don't sleep, and your body does not get time to heal, your body heals itself when you rest, but when you are always awake then your body can't do much, maybe you need to quit one job or something, why are you working so much in the first place. Go to school and get a degree so that you don't have to work yourself like a slave.

I work nights and often do not get enough sleep. When I am really sleep deprived, I get nauseated.
That could be your answer. Do you ever get a chance to catch up on your sleep? I catch up on me sleep whenever I get a day off. Do you ever get a day off?
What good is it going to do you to have two jobs when your health fails you because you have neglected the basic needs like required food and rest? Then you will not have the choice of working two jobs because you will be too sick to be able to go to work.
Your choice:
1) quit one job now while you are able to work
or
2) risk losing both jobs due to excess absenteeism because you are too sick to go to work as scheduled.
If one job does not provide enough income to pay your expenses, there's three things you can do with the extra time on your hands after quitting the less desirable job besides eating right and getting enough sleep:
1) use some of that time to look for a better paying job so you can work one job and be better able to pay your bills.
2) contact a credit counselor to help you manage your finances better rather than working yourself to death, literally.
one of the places to get help would be http://www.christianccc.org/index.php They have a phone number to call if you want to start that way.
3) get some education to make yourself a more valuable employee and eligible for a higher paying job.
