My girlfriend has been mood and distant lately..could her menopause be causing this?

Question: she's been terribly moody lately and tough to get along with.We also planned to get married, but she changes her mind every other day and she seems distant..and not as loving as she once was...i feel like i'm less important to her than before....could the menapause be causing this?
