Stress can cause changes in your period. If you believe you may be pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test to confirm. The darkness of your period does not help determine pregnancy, nor does your period stopping.

If you are stressed out, your body will react accordingly, which could affect your period. In all likelihood, you are not pregnant. A period while you are pregnant does occur, but it isn't highly common.
