I stopped breast feeding my son in October now all of a sudden I have breast milk again anybody know why?

if your man sucks them regularly, it may be a reason why! it does changes to hormones

Not uncommon; I continued to produce small amts of milk for more than a year after I quit breastfeeding my daughter. It's actually caused by a change in hormones (usually high prolactin levels). No need to be concerned at this point. : )
It may be that you are pregnant again.
