I know this is like an over asked question but does anyone know about home pregnancy tests?

Question:
I have symptoms of a pregnancy. For example, the late period of 8-10 weeks, fatigue, frequent trips to the bathroom, nasuea, tenderness of the breasts, lower back pain. I've gained a little weight. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests in these 8-10 wks and they were both negative. Does anyone know really how effective the home pregnancy tests really are? Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Answers:
Your best bet would be a blood test. Home tests measure your hormone level that is susspto rise when pregnant. It has been known to not be accurate. You have all the signs. Another sign to look for is change in urine color. It will get very dark or even a orangish brownish color.
They are very effective. If you have missed 2 periods by now (judging from the 8-10 weeks) you need to see your Dr. Something else might be going on.
