What is a worry-free contraception choice? I do not want anything hormonal or with side effects. Condoms?

I wouldn't call condoms worry-free. Go to your local family planning clinic and they can help you decide what is right for you. I'm using an IUD and love it! It is about as worry-free as I could ever get.
Abstinence, even though it's not the best choice of a word. You mainly need to practice the principle of not having sex before you're married. Liberalism has brainwashed most of us, leading us to believe that it's okay and normal, but it's one of the worst things you can do.
That's assuming you're single, but if you're married, contraceptives would be okay, although some common sense timing usually works best.
