I have found a really black mole on my nipple should I be concerned I have never noticed it before?

Keep an eye on it. We get new moles all the time. I really obsess when I find new ones. I make myself sick. Ones I've never noticed before. Then they turn out to be nothing. Every time. ESPECIALLY if they are tiny black dots. Skin cancer tends to become big and ugly. If it amkes you feel better, got to the doc.

Yes have it checked a new and dark mole is usually a sign of cancer.

Go see your doctor or a dermatologist. Black moles ain't good!
