What is a great 'lose weight fast' diet?


Question:
I'd like to lose at least 5 pounds in one week (I understand it's best to lose 1 to 2 a week) however, I'd like to lose it faster than that. Does anyone know of any great one or two week diet plans (or just short term) to help you lose weight quickly? I already drink a TON of water, so I've got that part down pat...any other suggestions?

Answers:
Ok for 2 days do the following:

Eat 5 oranges a day
Eat 2 eggs a day
Eat unlimited amounts of of chicken & shrimp
Eat unlimited amounts of Cucmbers, brocolii, lettuce

unlimited amounts of light dressing and 1/4 tablespoon of mortons lite salt.

Drink tons of water.
Follow this and you will lose 5-7 pound in 2 days. good luck, let me know how it worked.
Cut out the carbs, drink alot of water, exercise and go to bed early
