I like the "Pure Omega 3 Protein Bar". Loaded with protein, tastes pretty good for a protein bar and best of all . No Saturated Fat!! I get them at bodybuilding.com - but they're available at many healthfood sites. Good luck!
Slim fast I am using Optimal Meal Formula. I love it and have lost 32 pounds. My son in law has lost 25 pounds. Our friend has lost over 60 pounds. My son in law sells it. I don't know if you can order off the internet or not. The only thing I can tell you is you have to use ice in it and you most definetly have to drink it. It is good to me and comes in vanilla and chocolate.
I use meal replacement shakes for the nutrional value, not to lose weight, and I like Slim Fast Optima. The protein content is only 2g, but when mixed with milk it raises to 10g. Also has a high fiber content for maintaining a sense of fullness and it's loaded with vitamins and minerals. When I don't have time to sit down and eat a healthy meal, this is a great alternative.
