Are you kidding me? Don't reduce your breast size.. Big breasts on a petite body is a gift girl...
If you are overweight or obese, losing weight and working out will decrease your breast size to a small degree. Plus exercising may help, also. I would discuss this with your Doctor first, then your trainer.
I know that when ever I loose weight that is one of the first places I lose it and they get smaller. However if you are already a person of a healthy weight that should not be an option for you. I hope you find a healthy way to achieve what you wish.
Leave them be girls would kill for boobs like yours.
Weight-loss has already been mentioned, and if you're petite anyway, that wouldn't be healthy.
To be honest, this sounds more like a psycho-social problem than a health problem (you use words like "uncomfortable" and "wish"). Many petite women are very happy with their large breasts. Developing a more positive self image might be the best thing for you. That might be as simple as talking with some petite-but-chesty women to share common experiences and learn how they dealt with the issue, or it might require professional counselling.
Surgery is also an option, but not one to rush into...
