Most surgeons will give you some kind of payment option. You should be able to get the whole shebang for under $10,000. Mine was $6000 for the surgeon, but I don't know about charges for the hospital.

I would call around to your local surgeons and see if any of them offer payment options. This is the best idea for you, since you don't have insurance. They will see that you need it and try to help you be able to get it done.
