Is this normal?

Question: Is this normal for me to lose hair? LIke a lot!. The whole floor of my room is scattered with hair. I'm only 12. turning 13 soon. Is it something to do with puberty? How can I make my hair grow out again? (head hair) I really don't want to be bald...Everytime, I slightly brush my hair, several hairs come off..What should I do??!! Thanks

This is natural, it is the season perhaps.
Try olive oil on your hair or bath water, that makes it grow.
