Does anyone know how...?

One of my nipples is an innie and not an outtie. My doctor says it is no big deal, but I was wondering if anyone knew a way for me to get it to stop being an innie with out plastic surgery?

how do i fix this?

Answers:

Do not ask personal questions like that on the internet. Some people don't want to hear things like that. I'm a girl, and I know what type of stuff you're going through. Ask your friends, doctor, or even your mom.

A strong program of massage might help if it is not completely impacted. As an experienced massage therapist, I could help you out (at least for a few hours).

What can I do about this problem?

My dear:
Before advising about surgery in a nipple which is sinking, we can not trust only in the experience of anybody.
I would perform a low-dose radiation mastography, to discard any suspicious changes in the breast tissue, and if they are negative (ONLY if they are negative), I would proceed with a semilunar incision to loosen the tissues aroun the areola, using a "mini" incision in the limit of the dark skin of the areola, with the surrounding skin with fine "corneal" mini scisors.. Sorry. no way to avoid this, but I can assure You, no scar left.
Yours sincerely
